Your privacy choices

These settings are stored only in your browser. You can change them whenever you like.

Necessary Required for the site to function (session, security, basic preferences). Always active.

Analytics Help us understand traffic and improve the Service (page views, basic usage).

Preferences Remember non-essential choices (e.g. interface preferences) across visits.

Marketing / targeted advertising Used for relevant ads or measuring ad performance. Also controls “sale” / “sharing” under US state privacy laws.

1. What we use

Tchoff is designed to be lightweight. We primarily rely on first-party storage rather than third-party advertising networks.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or marketing pixels by default. If that changes, this page and the consent banner will be updated.

2. How your choices work

EU / UK / EEA visitors — non-essential technologies require your prior consent (opt-in).
US visitors — you can opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal when your browser sends it.
Your choices are stored in localStorage under the key privacy_prefs_v1 and apply on this device/browser only.
Clearing site data or using a different browser resets the stored choice.

3. US state privacy (including Texas TDPSA)

If you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law (for example California CCPA/CPRA, Texas TDPSA, Colorado, Connecticut, and others), you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. Use the controls above or the banner on the site. Turning off Marketing / targeted advertising is treated as an opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for those laws.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. See our Privacy Policy for details and how to contact us.

5. Changes

We may update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
